I've always loved to cook! But cooking was not always how I made my living. When the time was right for me, I decided to take that leap of faith and attended Johnson & Wales University. Having catered for a local catering company on and off for years, I started to gain experience in the food industry. As time went on, it made sense to create a company where I could continue expanding my knowledge of food and create flavorful, dishes that interested me. In 2008, I started Two Chefs Catering & Event Planning. The business boomed and we had a ball catering all types of events!
 

I wanted to open up a café and after  6 short months I was doing just that. The Pantry’s development has been a joy and I look forward to sharing this experience with all of you. Bring on the adventure!

The Pantry, your “must stop” for breakfast, lunch, dinner, pastries and sweets is located at 309 Otrobando Avenue in Norwich. The Pantry believes in farm-to-table, utilizing the highest quality of ingredients, and old fashioned guest service! Come visit us and delight your taste buds!
